Trump vs Cruz Wife War Escalates

March 23, 2016 – Nothing is off limits in the race for the GOP nomination as Donald Trump doubled-down on his critique of Heidi Cruz, wife of rival Ted Cruz.

Earlier this week, a super PAC that supports Cruz released an ad shaming Trump’s wife Melania for nude modeling. Trump went after Cruz for the ad and threatened to “spill the beans” about Mrs. Cruz. It is still unclear what beans might be spilt, but things have now escalated further. Trump used his personal Twitter account to retweet a supporter’s unflattering juxtaposition of the two wives with the caption “No need to ‘spill the beans,” the images are worth a thousand words.”

Soon after Cruz responded with, “Donald, real men don’t attack women. Your wife is lovely, and Heidi is the love of my life.”
