July 10, 2015 – There’s a giant penis on the loose this summer in Norway, showering unsuspecting people with confetti that shoots out of his, umm, “head.” But not to panic, the man inside the costume is using his dickish powers for good as the Swedish Health Agency warns people about STDs with this penis PSA — spreading the word about sexually transmitted diseases and practicing safe sex.

Swedish health agency Riksförbundet för Sexuell Upplysning (which translates to “Swedish Association for Sexuality Education” but is commonly known as RFSU) launched the ballsy campaign back in June and has already received more than 600,000 views on YouTube.

The tagline for the penis PSA is “The penis can surprise you.” Indeed it can. Indeed it can.
